You knew that it wouldn't be long before FAME HUNGRY Kim Kardashian did SOMETHING to get herself back onto the covers of magazines. You see ratings of her last show were DOWN. And magazine editors are no longer seeing a BUMP in sales when she's on the cover of mags.

Well it appears that she's gotten herself KNOCKED UP!! Kim was photo'd out on Friday night . . . with what appeared to be an OBVIOUS BABY BUMP.

And there's more. According to DOZENS of fans on TWITTER who were watching Kim that night - she didn't have a sip of ANY alcohol.
