Earlier n the week we showed you pics of Kim showing a CLEAR belly bulge. Kim claims that we Photoshopped the pics, but we didn't.

Now yesterday Kim was photo'd out wearing a dress with a POUCH in the front. Knowing how much Kim LOVES minimizing her waist in outfits . . . . this is a DEFINITE DEPARTURE from her usual wears.

Oh . . . and her cakes are in DESPERATE NEED of a silicone re-up. . . something you CAN NOT DO if pregnant.

Well . . . only time will tell!!
