Superstar singer Whitney Houston has checked herself into an out-patient rehabilitation program for an undisclosed reason TMZ is reporting.

Rumors of drug abuse have dogged the 47-year old Houston in recent years, but a source insists she is not in treatment for drugs or alcohol.
