Beyonce really needs to look CLOSELY at her new management - which is made up of JAY Z and members of his ROCNATION TEAM. Most artists who have a HARD TIME GETTING MOMENTUM for their new album go on a NATONWIDE PRESS TOUR . . . to drum up interest. But not Beyonce. You see, instead of doing press, Bey's new management scheduled a European tour for the next two weeks. She'll be doing multiple concerts in France and England. Yesterday she arrived in Nice France, to begin "preparation" for her European tour. Bey is currently scheduled to be in Europe until a FEW DAYS before her album drops, when she will to do SOME promotion. Bey . . . can you do us a favor . . and get MATTY KNOWLES BACK!!!!
