DISGRACED R&B singer Chris Brown just continues to do silly things. Yesterday he got into a TWEET battle with Frank Ocean, a member of the ULTRA-HOT rap group ODD FUTURE. Frank Ocean, who is known for talking REAL SLICK on Twitter - said some SIDEWAYS ISH about Chris Brown. Then Chris LAUNCHED into a tirade . . . during which he called Frank and his band member Tyler the Creator "APES." We've tried REAL HARD to continue to give this dude chances . . . but he really needs to go SIT DOWN somewhere.
