BOW WOW'S BABY MOTHER RUSHED TO HOSPITAL . . . HAS TO HAVE AN EMERGENCY C-S

GOOD NEWS, raper Bow Wow is officially a FATHER.

His former girlfriend Joie Chavis gave birth to a lovely young girl, Shai Moss. But it wasn't easy.

According to IMYOURMEDIA.com's snitch, Joie had a very complicated pregnancy and ended up having an EMERGENCY C-Section.

Here's the interesting part. According to our insider - Bow Wow has privately ACCEPTED paternity (pending a blood test) and even AGREED to come to the hospital for the birth. Unfortunately because of the EMERGENCY NATURE to how little Shai was born - Bow didn't make it.
