We’re gonna blame it on the alcohol, cuz we would never want to suggest a guy could be so happy outside of the presence of his wife. Especially when said wife is King B! Jay Z leaving Nello's on the Upper Eastside and shaking hands with a fan after eating dinner with friends in New York City.
