HEARD that last night, Jay and Kanye's new album WATCH THE THRONES leaked onto the INTERNETS!! Of course, everyone here are LAW ABIDING CITIZENS . . . so we DIDN'T review it.

The STREETS, however, downloaded the album hella quick though. And this is what THE STREETS are saying about the album.

First off, people are saying the album is, on a whole, UNDERWHELMING. In almost every verse, it seems like Kanye is TRYING TOO HARD to say something clever. And Jigga just comes off as WASHED UP - kickin the same ISH he been saying for the last 10 years.

The STREETS aren't saying the album is AWFUL, just that it is NOT GOOD - especially given that it is SUPPOSED to have the two best artists in the game.

Oh, the streets say that there is ONE POSSIBLE HIT on it, LIFT OFF, with Beyonce.
