spoke with TWO INDEPENDENT insiders - one close to Will Smith's BUSINESS AFFAIRS . .. and the other close to JADA'S FAMILY and both CONFIRMED that Will Smith and Jada are definitely in the midst of marital STRIFE.

The couple has NOT yet decided to SEPARATE . . . but they are on the rocks.

What's the trouble? Well, word is that Will is NO LONGER interested in certain . .. ERR . . . UNCONVENTIONAL THINGS that he and Jada were engaging in. According to one insider, now that their children ARE OLDER and may be able to SEE STUFF . . . he wants to have a more CONVENTIONAL marriage with Jada.
